At Off The Bench, every football shirt is carefully prepared and packed before leaving our shop. As many of the shirts we sell are unique vintage pieces, we take extra care to ensure they arrive safely.

Processing Times

Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

During particularly busy periods or public holidays, dispatch may take a little longer. If that's the case, we'll always do our best to keep you informed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination and the selected shipping method.

Delivery Times

Please note that estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and cannot be guaranteed once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier.

Tracking

Whenever possible, all orders are shipped with tracking.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Orders shipped outside the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA) may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs clearance fees upon arrival in the destination country.

These charges are determined by your local customs authorities and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.

One-of-a-Kind Items

Many of the shirts available at Off The Bench are unique pieces.

For this reason, if a parcel is lost during transit, we may not be able to provide an identical replacement. Should this happen, we'll work closely with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and offer the most appropriate solution.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

We cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, we recommend taking photographs of both the packaging and the contents before opening or immediately afterwards.

Please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
